Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at complyarmor.com (the "Site"), operated by Comply Armor Technologies Private Limited ("ComplyArmor", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What this Site is
The Site is informational and marketing material describing ComplyArmor's autonomous, expert-verified penetration testing and VAPT services. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that is binding on its own — any actual security testing engagement is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or equivalent contract negotiated directly between you and ComplyArmor. Where these Terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict on matters relating to that engagement, the signed agreement controls.
2. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any account or system connected to it;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through the contact form;
- Use the Site to transmit malware or interfere with its normal operation.
If you are conducting authorized security research against complyarmor.com itself, contact us first at info@complyarmor.com so we can scope it properly. We publish a security.txt (RFC 9116) with the same contact for automated discovery by researchers and tooling.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the "ComplyArmor" and "ComplyArmor" names and marks, is owned by Comply Armor Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Third-party links and content
The Site links to third-party resources — for example, OWASP project pages referenced in our blog and methodology content — for informational purposes. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
5. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current, security research and vulnerability data (including figures cited in our blog) can change quickly, and we don't guarantee completeness or that any statistic remains current at the time you read it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Comply Armor Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section does not limit liability arising under a separately signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Uttar Pradesh, India.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
